Join us for a restful and restorative evening of Yoga Nidra, as we relax into our heartspace on Valentines Day evening. We will begin with a few moments of gentle Yin Yoga stretches, preparing our body for our Yoga Nidra practice. Our practice will end with gentle tibetan bowls and sounds, bringing us back from our deep state of relaxation
