Whether you’re going through a breakup / divorce, dealing with a death, sickness, job loss, pet loss or just the pain of day to day life, an evening of BREATHWORK + COMMUNITY will provide a safe space of containment, to process through and let go of some grief.  

— This 2 hour experience will include: 
• Intro + some journaling about our grief & pain... Where it comes from and how it’s shaping our current lives.
• Partnered & group exercises to help facilitate participants in being seen, heard & felt in their grief experience.
• 35 minute guided breathwork session
• Closing share + group prayer.

— The WHY: 
So many of us are walking around with pain and grief in our hearts. Ignoring it doesn’t work; overthinking it just gets us into trouble and succumbing to it can be debilitating. The beautiful thing about pain is what it can teach us about ourselves. I believe that if we learn how to better work with and process through the energy, we will have a stronger foundation from which to work from the next time our hearts get broken. We can’t escape from heartbreak, but we can learn to work with it in better ways.  

I believe breathwork is a gateway to remarkable healing that both strengthens intuition and helps us process emotional trauma loops. This work has the potential to completely shift your perspective on everything in just one session.
