Being in the Health and Fitness industry is a gift and it can be challenging. This Mentoring & Coaching Program is offered in two streams: Personal Development & Professional Development. Although the two overlap and complement each other, objectives are set according to the timeframe you choose and your overal priorities you wish to work on first. 

This program is great if you feel a little stuck at times, want more confidence, clarity, or to take where you are at now into new territory to help you grow,  or if you want ongoing support.

Weather you are a  Yoga, Pilates, Fitness Instructor or offering services that help people with their health and wellness, self care and having a system in place where you can explore, refine decisoins, develop new skills and prioritise to ensure you stay in line with what you truly want most is essential to longegivty and sustainablity in the industry (and in life!) 

Ive been lucky enough to travel great distances to seek out great Mentors such as Dan Millman and many more.  All having varied life experience and a range of professional expertise from Best Selling Authors, Yoga & Mindfulness Teachers, Doctors, my best and most consistent business coach has been a collective,  namely from having listened, payed attention and having very honest and open conversations with those who allow me to teach, train, coach or deliver Mindfulness Based & Integrative Therapies with. 

What's involved: 

• Initial Clarity Session - Setting Personalised Mentoring and Coaching objectives and committment process to ensure this programs does help you grow and develop in the ways you are wanting/needing.
• Followed by a number of sessions committed to over a timeframe between 1-3 months (we make it realistic and conducive to what you want to cover and the outcomes you wish to see, given your current obligations) 
• Topics inlcuded but not limited to : all aspects of Teaching &/ or running a Yoga or Health & Fitness related Business (including running reatreats, private sessions, outreach services or group teaching) This can be an extension on the modules such as Confidence in Teaching, Program/Class design including Mindful Dialogue, Sutra Study, Subtle Body, Assisting, Energetic Alignemt, Expanding or Choosing Business Direction.  Thinking outside of the box!
• In person & Remote options available
• Hours toward Certification Pathways in Training or Facilitation Programs with Yoga NRG available (if applicable / for those wishing to accrue hours toward 500hr / 1000hr YTT) 

Tammy Williams has mentored Yoga teachers, Studio/Business owners, Doctors & Team Leaders to help them or their teams develop personally & professionally. 

Tammy is a qualified Clinical Nurse, Mindfulness Based Cogntive Practitioner , Level 3 Senior Yoga Teacher and has trained well over 250 teachers in Yoga & Mindfulness from all over the world and draws on her own experience of over 10,000hrs of Teaching / Training in Yoga & Mindfulness to help Mentor others. She has invested a numerous amount of time, energy & travel to train with world-class specialists in this field, maintain updated PD,  and continues to do so.

Senoir Teachers from the Yoga NRG Faculty are also available as part of our Mentoring Program – contact us to design your program either as a stand alone program for personal development or as part of Elective Hours toward advancing your certification toward either 350 hour or 500 hour (Level 2/3) Yoga Teacher Training.

All Teachers and Health Professionals are welcome to Register. This is the 10 hour Program.
