Check out these great sessions to help get your mind and body in shape! Experience the results of interval training when combined with yoga. This well-rounded class will provide you with challenging short bursts of movement (HIIT) , low impact yoga flows, feel-great stretches and ends with a well deserved savasana.
Classes are based on Yoga Shred™ HIIT sequences. We require a minimum of 6 enrolled to run the session. There is one session Monday and one on Wednesday, if you want to do both days you must enrol in both sessions.
