Join us in this 4-week exploration to learn how to address your chronic tension and stiffness with the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls in a small group setting. We will teach you how to develop a tailored practice to create mobility and ease in your body. You will become better acquainted with your basic anatomy in order to navigate the therapy ball practice and bring awareness to your “body blind spots”. Each 90-minute session is unique and together offer a complete body mapping.
