Join our kids community and explore yoga postures, breath work, hula hoops, agility courses, singing bowls, games, and relaxation! Children will enjoy a nurturing, supportive, non-competitive atmosphere, will stretch, strengthen and energize their bodies and minds, and learn to express themselves creatively and compassionately.

Here is a rough itinerary:
950-1015am Arrival & Group Introductions (meet at the lawn next to the entrance of Glen Rotary Lake Park)
1015-1030 Nature Walk (the group will go together along the trail heading east)
1030-11+ Yoga & Savasana
11-1130+ Snack Time (please pack your kids a healthy snack in their backpack)
1130-12 Nature Walk & Hula Hoops (the group will head west back to toward the lake and end near the pavillion & volleyall courts to meet parents)
This camp is for kids ages 3-9, as needed the groups will break out for yoga by age
No Prior Yoga Experience Required
You may book individual camps for $49 or all 5 for $219. Each camp is stand alone. Each kid must be signed up separately.
If you (the adult) are attending MOM SUP YOGA CAMP at the same time, be sure to arrive early for drop-off at 850 for your kid. We'll be meeting across the parking lot from the meet-up spot for SUP Yoga (which hopefully makes it easy :))
The kids camp will not be getting in or near the water. But feel free to stay after and enjoy lunch together at the beach!
DROP OFF: Meet us at the entrance in the grassy field to the East of the parking lot
PICK UP: Meet us at near the pavilion and volleyball courts / look for the Our Yoga Sign and Hula Hoops :)
