Join Chris and Rachel for an
evening of deep relaxation and inner healing, featuring quartz
crystal singing bowls!
During this 90 minute escape, we
will harness the combined power of the collective and practice
powerful breathing techniques to connect with our bodies, focus our
minds and expand our awareness. We will begin with some
gentle movement to awaken the physical body and prepare for our
breathing practice. Following the breathwork,k we will move
into a guided meditation with journaling as we continue shifting
our mental energy and repare for a 45 minute crystal bowl sound
bath.
Chris's bowls are tuned to 432Hz
, the Earth's resonant frequency, as well as the seven primary
chakras.
