These workshops will explore how the practices and principles of
yoga can help heal common aches and pains in the physical body.
We will explore basic poses for therapeutics of specific
injuries, as well as how to stay safe during your yoga practice.
Bring all your questions, and learn to align your body to not only
feel better throughout your day, but also progress safely and
intelligently in your asana practice.
This is truly an all levels experience, and is not asana-based. The exercises you’ll learn are accessible and repeatable. Attending both sessions is highly recommended, as it will help you see how the system of the body fits together and interacts. However, drop-ins for single sessions are permitted.
