For the body and mind to truly be in harmony, the quick pace of
our modern lives should be balanced with moments of deep
relaxation. For many of us, time for true, deep relaxation is just
not available on the calendar or a priority on the to-do list. Yoga
Nidra is the systematic method of inducing complete physical,
mental and emotional relaxation.
One session of Yoga Nidra can relax the inner tensions of both body and mind, and be as restful as four hours of conventional sleep. Together we will travel into a state of restful bliss – like a deep sleep with a sense of awareness. You will return to your daily life relaxed, restored, and free of tension. This 2-hour session will include gentle yoga to wind down the body, breathwork, a guided yoga nidra session and self reflection.
