Kangoo Jumps Workout is a fun, bouncy, highly motivating cardio workout without the impact, specifically designed to challenge the whole body, by building muscular strength and cardio-respiratory endurance simultaneously. Each movement is designed to focus on core stability and ensuring a balanced workout, that will challenge even the fittest. Basic moves are easy to follow and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity as you progress. This program suits broad range of class attendees’ regardless of fitness level.
Classes are done in Kangoo Jumps Rebound Boots and include basic choreography with a warm up and cool down. Our classes combine the best of everything! Working out has never been this much fun!
