This two hour workshop is a in depth look at Women's Bodies and the way they have been portrayed in Culture through-out time, and how to change the narrative. This empowering class led by SheHive Keyholder and Body Confidence Coach, Jessica Van Valkenburgh, explores the relationship we have with influences from stereotypes, our families, Hollywood and Social Media. We will work to re-program negative self talk and understand true Body Confidence.
