This workshop will be part lecture, part movement and part meditation.

In the first part, we will review the basics of essential oils, how to use them, and how each oil associates with the chakras.  We will also review the chakras and what they represent.  Once we move into our practice, we will incorporate mantras, mudras, essential oils, movement and meditation to align the chakras.

Each participant will receive an essential oil roll on for your home practice!
