After a short break, you will participate in some beautiful restorative yoga for pregnancy where you can rest and nurture yourself, let your body deeply relax and your mind calm.
Finally, you will participate in a pregnancy yoga nidra session for a guided deep relaxation and meditation to help you fully relax your body and mind, whilst connecting into your pregnancy and restore yourself with self-love. We will be using an essential oil to aid relaxation.
Bring your own mat and some water plus anything that makes you feel comfy, pillows, blankets, shawls, socks. We have plenty of props and blankets, too - but it is sometimes nice to have your own as well.
There is a minimum number of students required for this workshop, if that number is not met, the event will be cancelled and payments refunded, same for any COVID related cancellations.
