Chakras, also known as the wheels of life, are portals between
the physical and spiritual realm. Chakras go by many names, and
mostly, by numbers, and are associated with seven basic levels of
Chakras can be open, closed, or excessive and deficient, depending on the state of our consciousness. All seven major Chakras are also inseparably interrelated. The content of Chakras is formed largely by repeated patterns from our action in day-to-day life, and we are the center point of these action.
Join Alena on March 28th, from 2-3:30pm, to learn how to explore, activate, and balance your Chakras by learning their nature and energetic charge using active yoga movements and also holding restorative poses designed to target each specific Chakra. This workshop will close with a guided Chakra meditation at the end.
Open to all levels. Workshop will focus on a practical approach to what is normally considered a very spiritual subject. Come to heal, rejuvenate, and harmonize your mind and body connection.
