Description

Develop your run form, strength and speed for the with Coach Jen Ruland

ALL Classes are 75 minutes long!  (1:00 pm-2:15 pm unless otherwise stated)

Start dates: 

Tuesdays April 21-July 7th/2020  (Meet at Candy Cane Park) @6:00 pm-7:15 pm (please note a few earlier start times).

Please remember to bring water and a watch or some timing mechanism.  Please have a mat/towel for strength and mobility.
