The remaining hours will be mentored distance learning that the student can complete on their own time, so long as it’s completed before the due date.

• These activities will be a combination of pre-recorded lectures/lessons, associated assignments and projects, break-out group sessions, and reading assignments.

The Purusha Yoga 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is the foundation of our comprehensive and holistic yoga teacher trainings. The Tree of Classic Yoga is vast and beautiful, encompassing a holistic network of branches that invite each student to explore inwardly and discover the world’s truths. This course includes a strong emphasis on health education, mental wellbeing, physical fitness, and classic yoga that is applicable to the modern world. Upon completion you will qualify to register with the Yoga Alliance as a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
