Chakra Talk will give you a strong foundation of both the physical and psychological aspects of the seven chakras in the body. We will learn the names and characteristics of each individual chakra, and then flow through specially designed sequences to activate each one! Chakra Talk is equal parts lecture and practice - the goal is for you to first absorb and then apply your new (or refreshed!) knowledge of the chakras on your mat, both in the workshop, and throughout your future practice.
