Table Stretching 4 CE 

Objective: Demonstrate full body stretching techniques on a massage table.

This course explores stretching techniques for the massage table. Stretching the body adds deep relaxation to tense muscles and depth to deep tissue work.

Participants need to bring a set of sheets and a headrest cover. Wear comfortable clothes and bring snacks/water as desired.
