4 classes in 4 weeks - this is beginners at an Express pace. This series will bring you up to speed with the fundamentals of alignment based yoga, and ground you firmly in the principles of stablity and foster mobility in the body. 

This series is good for absolute beginners who want to work at a faster pace. No make ups, and all sales are final.
