Yoga is by nature a practice of loving awareness. We are reminded during this time of social distancing, fear and uncertainty that kindness towards self and others is essential. As our nervous systems work overtime to restore a sense of balance and safety, we can utilize our yoga practice to support these innate efforts to heal.
Join Cameron for a workshop that will incorporate yin yoga, meridian theory and yoga nidra to restore a sense of balance and support overall wellbeing during difficult times. While we may not be able to be together physically, we can be together virtually and will leave some optional time at the end for social connection with your Kali Yuga Yoga pals!
You may want to have 1 or 2 throw blankets, 1 or 2 pillows from the bed/couch - &/or bolsters/blocks available to support you dring the practice.
