Dive deep into the Sun Salutations with Meghan in this asana based workshop. In this workshop you will look at the history (WHY do we do these?), break down each posture and the breath, and have the space to experience what these postures mean to YOU in the present moment. We will explore how linking the sun salutations to your asana practice can open up endless possibilities for you mentally, spiritually and physically. This workshop is ALL LEVELS.
