An exploration of the interdependent system of fascia in movement using the biotensegrity model the fabric of that model, fascia, to follow the natural progression of movement.
Applying the tensegrity model building from module 1, explore extrinsic force and leverage vs intrinsic force and synergy, experience movement ideas and examples that are refined and detailed that offers you various perspectives using various loads and forces to increase strength, stability, mobility and adaptability.
Developing resiliency in movement from intrinsic forces and loading we will: - identify the differences in using force, gravity and weight. -identify the sensations in movement for reinforcement of the development of strength -develop an awareness of mobility vs stretching
