This module provides the tools and techniques that will enable the trainee to create and deliver Restorative Yoga poses to incorporate into a Flow class or private session. Restorative yoga is beneficial for students with chronic illness and disabilities, as well as for athletes looking to avoid injury and athletic “burn out” as it provides deep relaxation for the body, reduction in stress levels, and provides a greater sense of overall wellbeing.
