Join Danielle Grantham, RYT-200 and mom of two boys, in a 4-week wellness program designed specifically with new moms in mind. Connect with her and other moms in weekly gentle flow vinyasa classes and a private online community that will focus on the importance of a supportive network, self-care, exercise, nutrition and finding out what’s possible when we show up for ourselves while also navigating mom-life with a newborn/infant.
