At Every 90min+ Class You Get:
Paddleboard 101 Where you learn the basics of paddle boarding, about your yoga specific SUPs, and launching & staying balanced
Time To Paddle Take 20min or more to practice your paddle board skills at every class & commit your new strokes and lessons to memory
Yoga On The Water Enjoy 45min(+) of yoga on the water practicing poses for all levels, followed by a long, guided savasana
We provide the paddleboard & paddle.
Every teacher has a dry sack if you feel more comfortable bringing your keys or phone and don't have your own dry sack.
Each class has up to 5 students; a more intimate yoga session.
