Get creative and experience yoga postures from a new perspective! Enjoy using an aerial silk hammock for support in postures that develop core strength, balance and mobility while having a lot of fun!

Our hammocks will be shared between two people with a spacing of 3 days a part from each class and sprayed with disinfectant after each use. It will be stored in a plastic container that is cleaned each time you use your hammock. We commit to using the safest practices with the equipment and the space to ensure your safety while at the studio.

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to class.

Once you arrive there will be a hand sanitizin station that you can sanitize your hands or you have the option of using the washroom to wash your hands.

All personal belonging that will not be used in class are to be stored in the shelving in the front lobby or in the locker room

We ask that if you are not feeling well to stay home and join us another time.

We are maintaining a physical distancing of 2 metres to keep everyone safe.
