In this workshop, you will create a one-of-a-kind full (108 beads) mala made with jasper gemstones.

You will learn about: the significance of the mala, how to make a mala, and how to meditate with your beautiful creation. When you string your own mala, you have the opportunity to place meaningful intentions into your beads allowing you to carry your yoga practice with you, off your mat. 

Workshop includes: 

• Mala kit with everything you need to make your own
• Background information about how to use your mala
• Mantra meditation with Mala beads

 Pre-registration is required. Cost: Workshop $35 + $25 materials = $60 total ($55 for members!)
