Join us for this unique experience where we combine the natural medicinal properties of cbd with the powerful healing of vibrational sound therapy. In this 90 minute workshop you will receive a sample of cbd to consume while you’re taken through a meditative journey with quartz crystal singing bowls, Indian chimes and gong, Peruvian drumming and more. Space is limited and preregistration is required. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow along with your favorite blanket and any other yoga props you have to make yourself completely comfortable.
