School holiday Pilates class for kids aged between 5 - 12. Using games & storytelling to keep them engaged, finishing off with mindfulness & breathing exercises.
Includes traditional pilates exercises with a biomechanical focus, taught in a lighthearted and relaxed way – improving children's proprioceptive skills, balance, coordination and flexibility.
45 minute duration.
BYO yoga mat.
$5 per child / per class.
Studio equipment must not be played on before, during or after the sessions.
No food or drinks are to be consumed inside the studio.
