In a Wim Hof Method workshop, we'll discuss theory, technique, and benefits of the practice. Next, we'll tap into deep levels of our nervous system through conscious breathing. Finally, we'll enter the ice and find control, peace, and empowerment amidst physical stress.
This workshop is approximately 3 to 4 hours long. Come prepared with a bathing suit/something to wear in the ice, your yoga mat for breathing exercises, a mask, water bottle & a towel. See you there!
