This series is designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga and are eager to learn and experience the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. Each class is broken down into a specific curriculum, gradually guiding the students towards a better understanding of yoga. The classes are smaller so the students are given the attention necessary to grow into their practice, feeling confident to move on to the regular seasoned beginner classes when the series is complete.
Students have unlimited access to all classes on the regular schedule during their series!
