In this three-week program, you will receive gentle guidance and support to give your self-care regimen and healthy lifestyle a boost. Through yoga, mediation, nutrition and clearing practices, this program is a full-body and spirit practical guide to have you feeling great.
This program includes four weekly meetings and online course content to complete at your own pace.
Meeting dates are Jan. 10, 17, 24 and 30 either on Zoom or socially distanced in person. Meeting attendance is not required but recommended.
