Settle in and soothe your system. As you rest in comforting postures, enjoy gentle sounds blended together to create a healing, peaceful environment. This workshop will include guided meditation, sound therapy, and restorative yoga. Yoga Nidra helps us to enter a slow, rhythmic brain wave frequency which restores our energy and brings balance to the body, the spirit, and the mind.
