Final measure: November 21st/22nd
This is a 2-person team challenge, however a partner is not necessary to compete! MPF provides the nutrition guidelines, use our challenges facebook group to share goals, meals, encouragement and more!
Goals: Jump start dropping fat weight with the potential for 25% fat weight loss and Hall of Fame entrance!
