The first half of the workshop will be dedicated to dealing with depression and how we can utilize our yoga practice to help. We will focus on invigorating postures and breath work to help stimulate our bodies and minds. The second half of our workshop will focus more on anxiety and how our yoga practice can help bring a sense of calmness to our bodies and minds utilizing postures, breath work and meditation. We will also briefly touch on essential oils, foods, meditation techniques and other tools to help us manage both anxiety and depression during this unprecedented time.
