Are you new to yoga? Have you been wanting to try yoga, but you’d like some guidance first? Would you like to ensure that you’re practicing yoga safely? We know that it may feel vulnerable or uncertain to get started. We have worked with many beginners that have felt the same way, and have found that the Beginner's Yoga is the perfect way to get started.

 

Join Laura for a 4-week Beginner's Yoga Workshop Series. Tuesday's classes will be presented in workshop-style allowing for a more in-depth understanding of each pose, as well as time for questions. And Saturday's classes will be just like a regular weekly yoga class that will give you the opportunity to experience a full one hour long yoga flow while also building your confidence in your practice so you you comfortably transition into more weekly yoga classes. You’ll complete the 8 sessions feeling more confident and knowledgeable in your practice!

Our intention here at The Limber Tree Yoga Studio is to stay a safe place where you can come without worry and feel completely at ease. We just ask you to be mindful and keep a 6ft distance between yourself others.

You can wear a mask but it's also okay if you don't.
