A very slow moving form of Vipasana (Mindfulness) with plenty of time for resting in stillness, with options and variations given to use props to help you release.
This is the practice that integrates a little Yang - spinal balance series followed by the majority of the class done in supportive postures done on the floor that target key areas of commonly held tension to help you create space in the spine and the mind.
