Please be prepared to practice a Vinyasa Flow yoga class during every session. Modifications will be provided for a gentler flow.
Please have restorative props available:
• 2 blocks (2 thick books will work in place of blocks)
• 2 bolsters (substitute pillows or rolled-up blankets in place of bolsters)
Please have a journal.
