FOR MEN ONLY!! This series is designed specifically for you, who have little to no exposure to yoga and is curious to learn and experience its amazing benefits! Along with training your body, yoga trains your mind to see the bigger picture and act from integrity instead of freaking out. If you want to be more James Bond than Charlie Sheen, get yourself on the mat, and being forced to unplug from text, calls, and email for 60 minutes does not hurt either. Relieve stress, get flexible, build more muscle, better your golf swing or tennis match. Each class is broken down into a specific curriculum, gradually guiding you towards a better understanding of yoga and your body. The series is taught by a male teacher. The classes are smaller, so you are given the time to grow into your practice and learn how to incorporate mobility work and flexibility into your regular fitness routine.
Students have unlimited access to all classes on the regular schedule during their series!
