What You Will Gain
This MindSculpt™ class is for the benefit of Youth Entrepreneurs educators, to explore the why, how and where stressors can impact not only your professional but also your personal life, allowing you the opportunity to be more effective and in control.
You will walk away from this class with an understanding of:
- What situations contribute to your stress levels
- What causes and symptoms of stress you need to look out for
- Proven strategies to cope with stressors that arise
- An actionable exercise to identify the type and intensity of specific stressors present in your life, as well as setting a plan to counter them as they arise
This is the second of a 4-part series in Savor Lining’s partnership with Youth Entrepreneurs. You will learn about a number of important mental health topics along with your fellow YE educators, and your participation through the series gains you access to further resources and opportunities to improve your mental fitness.
What You Will Need
