Thanksgiving is going to be different this year and this requires us to practice non-attachment, mindfulness and gratitude. When we intentionally focus on all that have instead of all that we don't, our spirits lift, our outlook improves and we can find enjoyment in the present moment. Many of us will not be gathering with family and friends in the way we are accustomed to. Rather than be sad about this, why not sign up for class together. You can see familiar faces, meditate and practice yoga together and give thanks for community, technology and health. This is an all levels class. Please bring a notebook and writing implement as well as any yoga props you have.
