What is a Soundbath?
It is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that can be healing for your body, mind and spirit. It’s a meditative experience that can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery. Everything in the Universe, including our bodies, is composed of vibrations. Every organ and cell vibrates at a particular frequency. Sound and vibration travel up to five times more effectively through water. As the human body is made up of over 70% water, we can understand that sound and vibration can affect us at a cellular level.

Benefits include: stress reduction, improved sleep, deep relaxation, strengthened immune system, release of self limiting patterns of thinking, increased flow of creativity and intuition.
NO Experience Needed. ALL are welcome. Fee is $20. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Abby Meaux Conques is a Sound Practitioner under the tutelage of internationally certified sound therapist, Fran Clarke.  She recently studied under Miguel Lorenco of the Escola Internacional de Tacas Tibetanas.  Her vision is to spread the Sacred Sounds through our community to those seeking alignment and emotional and physiological benefits. She fell in love with the Sounds after experiencing deep personal improvement with chronic, debilitating anxiety and postpartum depression.
