Flow Yoga: Tuesdays 9:00 - 10:15am
January 12th - March 9th, 2021 (9 week pre-registered session)
Open to all levels of practice and abilities, Flow Yoga class focuses on an exploration of a variety of yoga poses or asanas and connecting these through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. You will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, strength, and balance. Breath, meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced - all perfect for stress relief and overall well being.
Please arrive 10minutes early to set up.
Props and cleaning products are available for client use.
You are welcome to bring your own props if that is preferred.
Parking & Entrance: Clients may park in driveway or in front of house. To access studio at rear of house follow cement pathway on the left.
