An incredible system to heal
the body, Restoratives help to kick in relaxation response,
balancing the nervous system and optimizing energy flow to the
organs. They lift immune function and enhance the process of
digestion. Basically these postures set the whole body up for deep
healing, growth and repair. Beyond these incredible physiological
health benefits, restoratives create the opportunity to see where
you hold habitual tension. This unique practice uses props
(bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.) to support your body in various
What to expect: Each class will begin with a seated breath practice, we will then move into warm-ups for the body that are seated, standing (yoga postures as well as other movements). Followed by 25minutes of restorative yoga.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to get settled.
Props are available for clients use. Cleaning products are provided.
Clients are welcome to provide their own props if preferred.
