A program designed to help people feel great and age gracefully! The Fitness Fusion class is a combination of dance conditioning (which is amazing for non-dancers and athletes (including PBT), Pilates, and yoga. This holistic program includes, matwork, bandwork, and ballwork and is designed to help you develop your strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. This is a total body wellness workout that develops muscle memory – think strong and long!
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to get settled.
Props and cleaning supplies are available, but clients are welcome to provide their own if preferred.
