YOGA FOR BEGINNERS 6-WEEK SERIES: This series is designed for those who have little to no experience in yoga and are eager to learn and experience the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. Each class is broken down into a specific curriculum, gradually guiding the students towards a better understanding of yoga. The classes are smaller so the students are given the attention necessary to grow into their practice, feeling confident to move on to the regular seasoned beginner classes or Yoga for Beginners Level-II 6-week series, when the series is complete.
Students have unlimited access to all classes on the regular schedule during their series!
