Creating Yin shapes with your body while partially or fully supported inside the aerial yoga silk woven with Yoga Nidra & Reiki. 

 

Each pose is carefully selected and held long enough to release stored emotions, trauma, energy stress, and unease. Mindful breathing and body awareness invites your body back into its natural and balanced state.

 

You have the opportunity to receive the healing gift of Reiki energy while in a floating savasana. This class is a gentle invitation to breathe into stillness, surrender, and rid of what no longer serves you.  Participants will leave feeling refreshed, energized, rejuvenated.

 

Space is limited so pre-registration is a must!!  Mask will be worn during the practice.

Walk-ins' are not accepted.
