Learn the Japanese healing system of reiki and be able to use reiki on your self, family, friends and plants and animals.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and what causes us to be alive. If one's “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. During Reiki feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, and feelings of peace, security, and well-being.

 

In Reiki Level I you will learn the history of Reiki, the subtle energy field to include the aura, chakras, meridians, how to do Self-Reiki and Reiki on plants, animals, children and adults. You will receive an attunement to Reiki Level I vibrations and a manual

 

Please note that we will practice social distancing and wear masks when we are practicing on each other. If you have been in a large crowd or at a large gathering within 2 weeks of this training or have been exposed to someone with COVID please stay home and make sure you are well.
