Are you intereste in Ayurveda but don't know where to start? This 2 hour workshop is enlightening, fun and draws on the principle that good health is a balanced connection between mind, body and spirit. In addition to exploring daily practices that will support your well-being, you will learn about the doshas and your unique constitution. You will also come away with Ayurvedic recipes and new approaches to cooking and supporting your dosha in your kitchen. Daily practices and tips will also be provided so that you feel comfortable in your Ayurvedic path whether this is new information, or a refresher for what you already know, this well-rounded workshop is sure to kick-start you on your path to staying balanced!
