This running clinic is perfect for beginners or those returning after a hiatus. Our program is designed to provide you with all the skills and knowledge you need to get started and work your way to a comfortable 5K pace. Every week we will cover an educational component, running drills and skills and strength training to support your running goals. You will be provided wth a detailed running program to complete between sessions, which we will review as a group each week.
